So I finally get to do a review on these lippies! Thanks to Influenster and L’Oreal Paris for giving me these complementary. About Influenster they give Blogger, Vloggers and Youtubers freebies to test for companies.
Now about these bad boys I received Milk and Cookies and Cowboy for the new collection Infallible Pro matte and you guys know I live for their foundation The L’Oreal Infallible Pro matte I did a review on it go check it out.
So on the L’Oreal website it states, the Pro-Matte Sensation: Introducing Infallible Pro-Matte Liquid Lipstick, their 1st up to 16HR matte liquid lipstick. Intense high pigment shades create comfortable, lasting ultra-matte colour. This full-coverage, long wear liquid lipstick feels light for all day comfort. With the pro-sculpt applicator, shape and add dimension to lips.
Now about Milk and Cookies my favourite of the two. The colour is beautiful when I saw it on other influensters with fair skin I thought it would play off as a cookie colour like brown but on me its more of purple with gray undertones. I’m guessing its because of my skin colour which led to it being that colour. The packaging is cute the only thing i hate about this is the applicator it reminds me of the thing you use to blow bubbles with when you buy the toy at school.
It applies to the lip smoothly but you have to be careful because you’ll mess up your top lip or chin because of the applicator. I would not recommend this for small lip girls because you’ll have alot of problem applying it but for my full lip ladies you can work your way around it.
The scent is bomb! I live for scents from products and this lipstick delivered. Surprisingly it does smell like milk and cookies but more of a vanilla scent. The cost is about right for it $9.99? cannot go wrong. It does stay on long even when you eat the only place fades is the centre of your lip but otherwise it stays on for 8 hours that’s the longest I wear.
Now about Cowboy not my favourite it applies very thin and when I do second coat it became real tacky and I just did not like the feeling. The applicator is the same as milk and cookies which I dislike. On the website it states apply starting in the centre of your upper lip. Work from the centre to outer edges of your lips, following the contour of your mouth. Then glide across the bottom lip and fill in. To take off, use an oil-based makeup remover for best results. It basically stayed on my lip for 15 minutes then it started to crack and got all over my lips, so i never wore it again it was just not for me.
The scent is the same as milk and cookies that amazing vanilla scent. Its also $9.99.
